Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of INFINITE BOT, a Discord-based tool used by authorised members of the INFINITE community to prepare video clips and, where supported and authorised, upload or publish them to connected social platforms.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using INFINITE BOT, you agree to these Terms and to the rules of the Discord server where the bot is available. You must have permission to submit and process any content you provide, and you must meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements of the social platforms you use.
2. Permitted use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, Discord's terms and policies, and the applicable terms and policies of any connected platform. You must not use the service to infringe another person's rights, distribute unlawful content, bypass platform safeguards, or interfere with the service.
3. Content and permissions
You remain responsible for videos, captions, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and other material you submit or publish. You confirm that you own the content or have obtained all permissions needed to process and publish it, including any necessary rights to music, footage, images, and the likenesses of people shown.
Processing a clip may crop, resize, blur, transcode, or otherwise alter the video. You should review the preview and publication details before confirming a post. A confirmation authorises the requested action, but does not guarantee that a platform will accept or distribute the content.
4. Connected accounts and third-party services
If you connect YouTube, TikTok, or another platform, you authorise the service to perform only the actions you approve and that the granted permissions allow. Third-party platforms operate independently and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, API rules, and availability. We do not control their moderation decisions, outages, reach, or removal of content.
You may revoke a platform connection through that platform's account security settings. Revocation may prevent upload or publishing features from working.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be suspended, or become unavailable because of maintenance, technical limitations, API changes, platform restrictions, or security concerns. We may reject or stop a requested action to protect users, accounts, or the service.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, INFINITE BOT is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accepted by any third-party platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the operators of INFINITE BOT are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, failed uploads, platform decisions, or user-submitted content.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or withdrawn if you breach these Terms, violate server rules, misuse platform access, or create a security or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the service or its legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
