INFINITE BOT

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 21 October 2026

This policy explains how INFINITE BOT handles information when authorised members use the Discord bot to prepare video clips and, where configured, upload or publish them to connected platforms. The policy should reflect the service's actual data practices; contact us if you have questions.

1. Information we may process

2. How information is used

Information is used to respond to commands, check permissions, download and transform submitted clips, show previews, publish only after an authorised confirmation, report platform results, prevent duplicate actions, maintain security, and troubleshoot the service.

3. Video processing and sharing

A submitted clip is downloaded for processing and may be resized, cropped, blurred, transcoded, and temporarily stored while the job runs. The processed preview may be posted in the configured Discord output channel. If you confirm publication, the selected platform receives the video and associated metadata. Publishing to multiple destinations sends the relevant content separately to each selected platform.

Temporary processing files are intended to be deleted after the job finishes. Operational logs may retain limited metadata about the request and result. Do not submit content unless you are authorised to share it.

4. OAuth and third-party platforms

When you connect YouTube or TikTok, the service uses the permissions you grant to perform approved actions. You can revoke access in the relevant platform's account settings. The platforms process data under their own privacy policies and may retain content or data according to their rules. We do not control their practices.

For YouTube, review Google's Privacy Policy. For TikTok, review TikTok's Privacy Policy or the policy applicable to your region.

5. Disclosure

We do not intend to sell personal information. Information is shared with Discord and the platform or platforms you select as needed to provide the service, and with infrastructure or service providers required to operate it. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or others.

6. Retention and security

Temporary video files are intended to be removed after processing. Audit and diagnostic records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and accountability. OAuth tokens should be stored with access controls and never committed to a public repository. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Your choices and requests

You can choose not to use the bot, revoke connected-platform permissions, and contact us to ask about information associated with your use. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law and may need to retain certain records for security or legal reasons.

8. Children

The service is not intended for people below the minimum age required by Discord or the connected platforms. Do not use the service if you are not eligible to use those services.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published here with a revised effective date.

10. Contact and data requests

Privacy questions or data requests: [email protected].
